These terms govern your use of lavanayam.in and any enquiry or appointment you make through it. Lavanayam Skin, Hair and Laser Clinic ("the clinic", "we", "us") operates this website from GF 06/07, 14th Avenue High Street Market, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida West, UP – 201318. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who may use this site

You may use this site if you are 18 or over, or if a parent or legal guardian uses it on your behalf. Treatment of a minor is arranged and consented to by a parent or legal guardian at the clinic, in person.

2. Information on this website

• Descriptions of conditions and treatments are written for a general reader by or under the supervision of our doctors. Pages marked "Medically reviewed" have been checked by the named doctor on the date shown. They are kept as accurate as we reasonably can make them, but they are not exhaustive and may not reflect the most recent clinical literature at the moment you read them.
• Whether any treatment is suitable for you can only be decided in a consultation, after examination and a review of your history.
• We may change, correct or remove content on this site at any time without notice.

3. No guarantee of results

Outcomes differ from person to person. Skin type, age, medical history, hormones, adherence to aftercare and other factors all affect what a treatment achieves. Nothing on this site — including any description of a procedure, any indication of how many sessions are typical, and any before-and-after image — is a promise of a particular result for you. Any figures given for session counts or timelines are typical ranges, not commitments.

4. Patient photographs and testimonials

Clinical photographs are published only with the written consent of the patient concerned, and show that patient's own outcome. Testimonials and reviews reproduced on this site are the views of the individuals who wrote them. Neither photographs nor testimonials indicate what your own result will be.

5. Enquiries and appointments

• Submitting the contact form, calling, or messaging us requests an appointment; it does not create one. An appointment exists once the clinic has confirmed it to you.
• We will use the contact details you give us to reply. Please do not send detailed medical history, photographs of a condition, or any other sensitive information through the website form or WhatsApp — bring it to your consultation instead.
• Our published opening hours are Tuesday – Sunday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, and enquiries received outside those hours are answered on the next working day.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and fees

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Consultation fees, where charged, are payable at the time of the consultation and are not refundable once the consultation has taken place.
• Where a course of treatment is booked as a package, any deposit is applied against the course and is not refundable if the course is abandoned part-way. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period advised at the time of booking.
• Prices are confirmed at consultation. Any price shown or quoted elsewhere is indicative and may change.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use this site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, defame or impersonate anyone;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any data held on it;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
• scrape, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and the Lavanayam name and logo on this site belong to the clinic or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, adaptation or republication requires our written consent.

9. Third-party links and services

This site links to external services such as Google Maps, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp and our social media profiles. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. This site also uses Google Analytics; how we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information published here, from any interruption or error on the site, or from any third-party service linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a patient, or our professional obligations, in respect of care actually provided at the clinic.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the "last updated" date above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
